•  On Friday Feb 12-14 I had the pleasure of viewing a staff in action.  Our 17th Annual Marriage Retreat began.  Kiyanna and Brian let me 1st say that you truly give service to me a new meaning.  Being in the area of service myself, it is imperative that plays a vital part of whether you will revisit a venue.  Well believe me the Westin-Yorktown has my vote.  I want you all to know that The Mt. Sinai MB Church and Pastor Rev. Dr. William R. Lott, Sr. hold you in high esteme.  From the entrance at the front door to the reservation desk, to the business center to the rooms.  What a wonderful time that was had by all.  The attention you staff has is evident that you take pride is providing excellent service to your guest.  I want you to relay to your staff at the front desk during the week-end that we were there that their SMILES and greeting we very much appreciated.  Your food staff just totally outstanding. So attentive to the serving of my Pastor they were on target.  The replenishing of water and glasses during the session - it was quiet and professional.  We were spoiled by the whole Westin Hotel experience so much that we are looking to come back next year 2011.  I don't remember names but please let your complete staff that we look forward to passing on to other of our associates The Westin Hotel-Yorktown experience.  Your personal touch whether you are told or not are very much appreciated.  Dell and I, want you to know Kiyanna & Brian, you have walked us thru this without a hitch and it is our desire to work with you again.  Such professionism you both carry is just outstanding.  YOU BOTH DO YOUR JOBS WELL AND SHOULD BE COMMENDED.  TEAM WESTIN OF THE YEAR.

• I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for all the hard work that you and your staff have done on the up coming LWCC group.  Brian, you and your staff have a gone above and beyond all the request make by this very important group, I know this is why, The Westin Lombard is always ...the first choice for the vip's!!!  We look forward to our next conference in September with you!  Thank you again for your patience, hard work, wonderful staff, great rooms, and super location....let's not forget "Harry"s"!!!...
  
  

• First of all the Westin Hotel (Yorktown Lombard) that was chosen for our stay was absolutely gorgeous! Brand new and spectacular. Their services and accommodations were warm and inviting and the breakfasts we enjoyed there were filling and delicious.

• Thank you both for your contribution to a very delightful weekend for our church members at our Couples Clinic last week. I was very pleased as was the pastor and guest speaker and the couples who attended were pleased as well.I would like to discuss with you the possibility of scheduling again next year.  Thanks again for all you and your staffs help.
